The Arizona Supreme Court directed the Yavapai County Superior Court in Prescott, and all Arizona Superior Courts, to remain open to accept election-related filings on July 30, 2024, and on November 5, 2024, until all the polling locations in the county are closed. The extended hours of operations will ensure any legal disputes regarding voting receive prompt consideration.

Any election matters requiring immediate consideration may be filed electronically or in person at the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, located at 120 South Cortez Street, Prescott, Arizona 86303, room 207. No other filings will be accepted between 5:00 p.m. and the close of business on July 30, 2024, and November 5, 2024.
